Veteran-Owned Detailing Supply: About Aqualux Detail Supply

Aqualux Detail Supply is a USMC veteran-owned detailing supply store, founded in December 2020 inside Aqualux Auto Detailing, a working detailing studio. It sells SiC spray sealants, an SiC ceramic spray coating, bottled SiC ceramic coatings, twisted-loop drying towels and wash tools, at one price with no codes.

Aqualux Detail Supply started in December 2020. Landon and Kayla sell the towels, sprays, and wash tools they are willing to use on a real vehicle, then ship them themselves.

The shop is USMC veteran-owned. The standard is simple: if a product only sells when it is discounted, it does not belong at the front of the store. You will see full price. The lineup is sprays, towels, and wash tools, led by our SiC spray protection: VITRIFY MAX and Katch 22.

What we will tell you straight

  • Katch 22 is an SiC spray sealant. It is not a bottled coating.
  • VITRIFY MAX is an SiC-advanced ceramic spray coating. One step on paint, glass, plastic trim and wheels.
  • Slurpy is a 1600 GSM twisted-loop drying towel. It comes in Grey.
  • A true coating is a different job than a spray. We will not pretend otherwise.

Where it started

The supply store grew out of Aqualux Auto Detailing, Landon's professional detailing studio. His YouTube channel, now Aqualux Auto Detailing on YouTube, goes back to 2013 and holds hundreds of uncut detailing videos, tips and real client jobs. You can book the studio at aqualuxautodetailing.com.

As featured on The House of Rags

Landon sat down for a full-length interview on The House of Rags about his path from the Marine Corps to detailing, and how Aqualux Detail Supply started. Watch the interview on YouTube.
