Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened/vacuum sealed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is priced by the total weight of your order, and the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Free standard shipping on orders over $100, up to 8 lb. It applies automatically at checkout. No code needed. Heavier orders pay only the difference. Shipping fluids and heavy drying towels costs real money, and we would rather keep product prices fair than build shipping into them.

The free-shipping credit applies to Standard only. USPS Priority Mail is charged at the rates above on every order.
For reference, a 16 oz bottle ships at about 1.1 lb, an 8 oz bottle at about 0.6 lb, and a SLURPY MAXX drying towel at about 2.3 lb.
Most orders are processed the same day if the order is placed before 3pm Central time, unless it's on the weekend or a major holiday.
All shipments are sent insured and with tracking.
